Our test facility is designed to evaluate complete packaged systems—not just individual components. With the ability to test systems up to 1,000 HP and 15,000 GPM, we verify equipment performance before it reaches the jobsite.

Accurate testing begins with accurate measurements. Every piece of critical instrumentation is NIST traceable and maintained to provide reliable, repeatable performance data.

Our instrumentation includes:
  • Flow Meters – Permanent, NIST-traceable flow measurement
  • Pressure Instrumentation – Suction, discharge, and differential pressure monitoring
  • Power Monitoring – Watt meters for efficiency and electrical load analysis
  • Digital Multimeters – Electrical verification and diagnostics
  • Tachometers – Pump and motor speed verification
  • Differential Pressure Sensors – Precision monitoring across multiple test points
