State-of-the-Art Fabrication Facility
Our fabrication facility supports the design, engineering, manufacturing, and testing of fully customized packaged systems built to meet exact project requirements.

- Structural steel fabrication performed by AWS D1.1 certified welders
- Piping fabrication completed by ASME Section IX certified welders
- Fabrication capabilities for steel, stainless steel, copper, and galvanized materials
- Piping sizes ranging from 1/4" through 30" Class 150 and Class 300 systems
- Over 100,000 pounds of lifting capacity utilizing jib cranes and hoists

In-House UL 508A Panel Shop
Canariis operates a dedicated UL 508A panel shop where control panels are engineered, assembled, programmed, and tested entirely in-house. From straightforward constant-speed applications to advanced variable-speed systems with integrated flow, pressure, and temperature controls, every panel is customized to meet project-specific operational requirements.
Climate-controlled assembly areas and rigorous testing procedures help ensure reliable integration, performance, and long-term system operation.
Comprehensive Painting Facility
The Canariis painting facility features a 12' x 12' x 40' HVLP paint booth designed to support high-quality system finishing and corrosion protection. Every system is cleaned, prepared, primed, and painted prior to shipment to support durability and long-term appearance in demanding environments.
Safety Blue is the standard finish, with custom color options available to meet customer specifications and project requirements.
