Test Facility:
Canariis Corporation's test facility consists of a 24,000 gallon test tank equipped with multiple suction & discharge connections for the ability to test up to (3) systems at one time. An 800 amp power supply is available from multiple sources which provide the necessary voltage depending upon the system requirements. For systems that require suction pressure simulation, the test tank has (2) pumps with pressure regulating valves to match the building conditions.

Instrumentation:
All of the Canariis NIST Traceable instrumentation is independently calibrated in accordance with NIST and Hydraulic Institute Standards.

Flow Meters: NIST Traceable flow meters are permanently mounted to the test tank per manufacturers and Hydraulic Institute Standards. Accuracy +/- 1%

Test Gauges: NIST Traceable pressure gauges to measure system suction & discharge pressures as well as pump differential pressures. Accuracy +/- .5%

Watt Meter: NIST Traceable Watt Meter for measurement of total system input power for calculation of system efficiencies and best-efficiency staging. Accuracy +/-.25%

Digital Multi-Meter: NIST Traceable Multi-Meter for measurement of system parameters. Accuracy varies with parameter measured.

Tachometer: NIST Traceable Tachometer to measure pump speed. +/- .025%

Differential Pressure Measurement: The Canariis Test Tank has the capability to measure differential pressure from (6) sensors with independent setpoints. Accuracy +/- .015%
