SYSTEM INFORMATION: The facility includes (2) Triplex Secondary Chilled Water packages. Each system is designed to provide 3240 gpm @ 150 ft with a 50% back-up pump on each skid. The piping includes a suction diffuser, Dezurik HP butterfly valves and a center-guided check valve for each pump.

The controls include (1) flow sensor (4) differential pressure sensors, differential pressure pump failure alarms, manual or automatic alternation, elapsed-time meters, (3) 100 hp Magnetek VFD's, pump H-O-A's, fault lights and a temperature sensor. The system controller is a Trane UPCM controller fully programmed at the Canariis factory for easy start-up and communications with the existing Energy Management System. Canariis will match any Energy Management System for easier integration of the Packaged Pumping System with the rest of the facility which saves time, money and personnel training.
