All positions are available for immediate hire. ENGINEER Mechanical Engineer with B.S.M.E. and 2+ years experience. The position requires a self-motivated person with proficiency in AutoCAD to design and project manage jobs. Experience in HVAC, plumbing and/or fire protection systems with pumps, piping, valves and controls a plus. AUTOCAD DRAFTSMAN AutoCAD Draftsman with 2+ years experience in 2D mechanical equipment drafting. The position requires a self-motivated person with proficiency in AutoCAD to provide drawings to customers and our in-house manufacturing team. SALESMAN Salesman with 5+ years experience in quoting mechanical equipment from plans and specifications. The position requires a self-motivated person to work with customers, interpret specifications, prepare quotes and work with our in-house manufacturing team. Experience in chilled and heating water HVAC systems required. BUILDING AUTOMATION SYSTEM PROGRAMMER Building Automation System Programmer with 2+ years experience in programming, troubleshooting and start-up of building automation system controllers and industrial PLC's. Experience with one or more of the following controls manufacturers a plus: Siemens Building Technologies, Johnson Controls, Trane, Automated Logic, Honeywell, Alerton, Allen-Bradley. WELDER/FABRICATORS Welder/Fabricator with experience in pipe welding, structural steel welding, soldering, and/or general fabrication.
